In 2018 and 2019 groups from the TWI Institute spent time in Japan with Mr Isao Kato. Mr. Kato has entrusted the TWI Institute and its partners with the exclusive rights to extend his program so that, in his words, “…it is accessible to people outside of Japan.”

The conference provided networking and education on lean and continuous improvement to more than 150 professionals over four days.
The AME Executive Board wishes to announce that due to circumstances beyond our control we have had to change the venue for our 2018 Leading Through Excellence and Innovation Conference. In place of the William Angliss Conference Centre the event will now take place at the Melbourne Zoo, a venue which is conveniently located a short drive away from the Melbourne Airport and is close to the City centre.
