Introduction to Lean Project Management

On Friday 27th May 2022, AME in partnership with Norbert Majerus hosted a Webinar on the topic, Introduction to Lean Project Management.

Norbert’s powerful principles of bringing lean thinking and practice to create project management excellence are beneficial to any Project Manager. Setting the organisation’s approach to delivering projects in a way that addresses assumptions, aligns cross-functional teams and reduces risk from the earliest possible point is pure gold. Add the concept of reducing the work to activities instead of huge work packages allows teams to flow on a pull-basis as close to one-piece as possible and eliminate unfinished project ‘inventory’ where the waste hides!
