Leading Operational Excellence with Professor Peter Hines

AME QLD held a small group workshop for leaders hosted by the Australian Red Cross Blood Service in Brisbane and presented by Professor Peter Hines, co-author of the Shingo Prize winning book ‘Staying Lean’.
