Embrace Disruption at AME Dallas 2022
The North American AME Annual Conference is consistently the largest and most impactful Lean conference of its type anywhere in the world. It has featured Lean “thought leaders” such as Jim Womack, Dan Jones, John Shook, Mike Rother and dozens more who have helped shape our modern thinking of operational excellence.
This year will be 38th running of this fabulous event which will be held in the exciting city of Dallas, Texas. There will be pre-conference workshops delivered by some of world’s the leading Lean practitioners, best practice plant tours, keynotes from senior executives from Defence and Aerospace, Healthcare, IT systems, Education and Manufacturing. Practitioner presentations are the highlight and you will hear from people who work every day in their businesses, making product, delivering Healthcare, managing administration systems and directing improvement outcomes and will leave with some new insights into what it takes to make and sustain improvement in your workplace.
While full pricing for International AME members is US$2199, we have managed to negotiate the lowest price anywhere in the world at just US$1200. By using the discount code AMEAussie22 you will not only be eligible for this great pricing but also be included in the Australian Large Group “Accelerator Program” where you will meet and mingle with the large contingent of Aussies who are attending. As Accelerator Program members, you will have a dedicated desk for conference registration on arrival, preferred reserved seating at keynote speeches, advanced access to workshops and tour registration, and facilitated end of day report-out sessions.
I have been attending this event since 2000 and this will be my 20th attendance. There is nowhere else in the world where I can network with 2000 fellow Lean practitioners and get such a concentrated week of learning, networking and re-energising. In the words of Steven Covey (7 Habits of Highly Effective People), “take time out to sharpen the saw”. I hope to see you in Dallas in October.
