Event Recap: Problem Solving Root Cause Analysis at Tooheys Brewery

On Wednesday, July 19, 2023, Tooheys Brewery hosted an immersive and informative workshop on Frontline Problem Solving Root Cause Analysis hosted by AME NSW President Ross Kennedy. The event took place at their facility located at Lidcombe, NSW. The workshop aimed to enhance participants' daily problem-solving capabilities and develop effective root cause analysis skills.

This workshop was designed for individuals at all levels, from managers to shop floor personnel, who are interested in improving their problem-solving capabilities and supporting TPM & Operational Excellence initiatives.
