Best Practice at Schneider Electric

AME hosted a sold out tour at the Schneider Electric Factory's in SA and QLD.  Both tours were excellent with participants seeing great examples of: Visual performance measurement, Standard work, Improvement ideas capture and tracking, Supermarkets, 5S and Safety culture. 

At the debrief session after the event there were great questions regarding the implementati​on process with attendees getting a lot of tips from our hosts about the things that worked well for them to get to the levels of excellence they now enjoy.
