Newscorp Best Practice Tour

On the 1st December Mick Ellis (site CI Leader) at Newsprint facility in Sydney hosted a site visit and experience sharing session with a group of AME visitors. 

The session was very well received with some excellent examples of visual management, workplace organisation and  automation.  The group particularly enjoyed a session facilitated by Mick on the lessons learned and challenges of implementing CI and shared a lot of learning and experience.
