Paul Akers

A highlight for so many, it was a thrill and an honour to have Paul Akers join the AME community at the the 2019 Conference. His approach to Lean is straight forward - look around at your work and home and see what you can do to make it a little easier. Fix what bugs you! By taking Lean down to this simple question, you are able to begin the process of continuous improvement and slowly improve your productivity.

Billy Taylor

Billy Taylor was invited back to present after being a hit at the 2017 AME Conference and he did not disappoint.  An inspiring leader and engaging speaker Billy shared some truly powerful anecdotes with the AME community. It was an honour to have him join us.  His humour, insight and personable approach resonated with everyone in the room.
