Alan Mossman, one of the Lean greats, will be over from the UK for an East Coast stint (Brisbane, Sydney and Melbourne) in February and March to deliver Lean Construction training for you and your team! 

Aimed at leaders and project managers that want to improve project and team performance, on Day 1 you will learn about new principles, ways of thinking, methods and systems that design and construction companies are using to improve the way work is done. This learning will be reinforced with practical simulations, thought experiments, exercises and examples.

For those that are more well versed in Lean Construction you can opt in for Day 2 where you'll learn about the Last Planner System (LPS) and how it works with almost any type of project as an effective way to manage the range of planning conversations that together create safer and more predictable project delivery, on-time and with-in budget.
