Event Participant Terms and Conditions
1. Registration and Attendance
- Registration is essential for attendance. Only registered attendees will be permitted entry.
- AME Australia reserves the right to approve or decline registrations at its discretion.
- The venue/host site reserves the right to decline registrations from competing organisations or individuals from organisations deemed to be in conflict with business interests.
2. Payment and Refunds
- Payment must be received in full prior to the event to secure your place.
- Cancellations must be made in writing at least 14 business days prior to the event for a full refund.
- No refunds will be issued for cancellations received after this period or for non-attendance.
- AME reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the event. In such cases, registrants will be offered a full refund or transfer of registration to a new date.
3. Minimum Attendance
- A minimum number of participants is required for the workshop to proceed. If this number is not met, AME reserves the right to postpone or cancel the event with notice.
4. Health and Safety
- Attendees must follow all safety protocols and instructions provided by the Venue and Host Site staff while on-site.
- PPE is required for a site tour. You will be notified of the required safety gear.
- Attendees must not access restricted areas or equipment unless instructed and supervised.
5. Confidentiality and Photography
- Photography and video recording are not permitted during a site tour unless approved by the host.
- Attendees may be asked to sign a confidentiality agreement before entering operational areas.
- AME Australia may take photographs during the events for promotional purposes. Please advise us if you do not wish to be included.
6. Liability
- AME Australia and the Venue/Host Site accept no responsibility for any loss, damage, or injury incurred during attendance at this event.
- Attendees participate at their own risk and are responsible for their personal belongings at all times.
7. Code of Conduct
- All participants are expected to behave respectfully and professionally throughout the event.
- AME reserves the right to remove any attendee who behaves in a disruptive or inappropriate manner.
