Presenter
Mark Bowman is the CEO & Founder of Lypta - providing Program Management Software to deliver your Continuous Improvement and Transformation Programs.
He is passionate about helping organisations deliver their Continuous Improvement and Transformation Programs and improve business performance and has a strong interest in all things digital including start-ups and applying advanced analytics to industry.
Mark has over 25 years of consulting experience, including 10 years recently with McKinsey, with a heavy focus on implementing operational business improvement for both lean and major transformation programs. He has led and supported improvement programs across a wide range of industry sectors including mining, manufacturing, transport (rail and trucking), energy, information services and financial services; and multiple functions including production, maintenance and procurement.
He has a PhD in Artificial Intelligence - Robotics from Imperial College, London and an MBA from INSEAD.
