Description
Join us for a behind-the-scenes site tour of Tooheys Brewery. This unique experience offers you the opportunity to:
- Explore manufacturing excellence in action
- Connect with peers in operations, Lean, TPM, and continuous improvement
- Gain practical insights you can apply immediately within your organisation
You’ll hear an overview of Tooheys’ 15-year operational excellence journey, including Manufacturing Excellence, TPM, and Lean methodologies.
The tour will be followed by a presentation from Ross Kennedy, offering context on the Tooheys (Lion) TPM approach to help you better understand what you’ve seen onsite. We’ll also share an update on AME’s exciting plans for AME 2026. We’ll wrap up the afternoon with networking and beer tasting session.
