From Concept to Creation: Real-World Case Studies in Manufacturing Innovation
Overview
Every successful product starts as an idea — but turning that idea into something tangible and valuable requires a structured process. This session will explore real-world case studies where businesses had an idea, and through the product development process, transformed it into a market-ready solution. You’ll gain a practical understanding of how structured innovation, design, and prototyping can solve challenges and create opportunities in manufacturing.
Who Should Attend
Manufacturers, product managers, engineers, and service providers looking to innovate, solve production challenges, or explore new product opportunities.
