About the Presenter

Jim Glover is Group CI Manager at VISY - FOR A BETTER WORLD (Visy's sister company is Pratt 100% Recycled in the US).

Jim is a passionate, experienced and practical Lean/Toyota Production System (TPS) coach with 40 years’ experience in manufacturing, supply chain, quality management, training and consulting; spanning most manufacturing & operational sectors.

A recent highlight of an international career was leading & coaching Vistaprint’s Deer Park Plant in Australia to achieve historic and landmark recognition from The Shingo Prize for Operational.
