ONLINE WORKSHOP
KPI (Key Performance Indicator) Management
Overview
KPI (Key Performance Indicator) management is widely adopted, but it is not always used effectively. This workshop series is designed to help leaders and managers create and achieve targets by identifying Critical Success Factors (CSFs) and selecting the key indicators that genuinely track performance.
Delivered as a six session program, the course combines short theory inputs with practical exercises in manageable bites. Sessions are recorded and available through the Learning Management System (LMS), along with key point charts and workbooks. The spaced format is designed to support real application between sessions, including running experiments, creating judgement criteria, and identifying roadblocks.

Understand different types of indicators, how they’re used, and how they relate to each other.
