What you will see and learn
During this tour you will:

Observe their morning DDS process – see how teams align, prioritise and execute for the day ahead.

Attend the live Tier 2/3 meeting, gaining real-world insight into how higher-level operational issues are escalated and resolved.

Receive a brief overview of Diageo’s continuous improvement (CI) journey, including how structured problem solving, culture change and lean methods have been embedded.

Explore a recent Continuous Improvement (CI) / Financial Improvement (FI) project: we’ll dive into how the project was scoped, executed, measured and what lessons were learned.

Participate in a Q&A session where you can ask questions of Diageo’s CI leadership team about process, culture, metrics and pitfalls.
