Overview
Join us for a practical and engaging Yellow Belt Lean Certification workshop designed for individuals and teams looking to build foundational knowledge in Lean methodology.
This two-half-day virtual program, led by global Lean expert and “Southern Sensei” Mark Preston, equips participants with essential tools to eliminate waste, improve processes, and drive operational excellence within their organisations.

Certification Requirements

Attend 2 virtual sessions (4 hours each)

Pass the Yellow Belt Certification Test

Submit a Yellow Belt project within 60 days of completing training

About the Facilitator
Mark Preston is a trailblazer in the world of lean manufacturing, whose expertise has reshaped operations for some of the most recognized global organizations. Beginning his lean journey at TDK Electronics, Mark was trained in Japan on the foundational principles of lean, directly from its source. His hands-on experience spans leadership roles at Respironics/Phillips and Acuity Brands Lighting, where he spearheaded multi-site Lean deployments and fostered operational excellence across international teams.
