Event Overview
Laying the foundations for more creative and meaningful work requires imagining being more efficient and effective, less stressed, and more successful. To be creative and make positive change happen requires us to implement processes and practice that continuous liberate time from our existing work.
To achieve this is not difficult, it just requires a different approach. All work, whatever it is, can be transformed to reduce the effort, chaos, and unpredictable frenzy that grow to characterise your day and rob you of creative time.
Who Should Attend?
Anyone interested in developing their individual or organisations thinking and decision making and continual improvement processes.
Anyone looking to find ways to improve the speed and quality of their administration work.
What You Will Learn and Practise
This is a foundational course developed to create an awareness and capacity for self correction within work, for the individual. Subsequent courses in this Mastering Change Series will be built on top of this to achieve team-work and organisational change.
It is delivered over several weeks, with short targeted web based sessions to understand and plan the different work approach, followed by a week to apply and practice doing the approach, next to then check the difference it has made, and finally take action to embed the new practice and plan the next step.
This has an applied learning structure where we will measure the effectiveness of the development with measures and indicators at the end of the program. It is an activity based program where time will also be allocated to networking and sharing experiences.
