EVENT OVERVIEW
The Australian Red Cross Blood Service is one of the largest blood processing facilities in the Southern Hemisphere, ensuring we continue to have one of the safest blood supply systems in the world. The Processing Centre houses cutting edge testing and processing technologies to ensure our blood supply is as safe as possible.
The Australian Red Cross Blood Service has been on their Lean journey since 2013. Their learnings have shaped the Blood Service 10 year strategy and highlighted key milestones over the next 5 years.

This Best Practice Tour will be of great benefit to middle management and higher, it will focus on Kaizen activities and the program at Red Cross to date, showcasing the use of Visual Performance boards and focused team meetings to drive improvement.

You can become an AME member for $265 per year.
