ONLINE WORKSHOP
Implementing Continuous Improvement in the Workplace
Description
To drive positive change in our workplaces, we need to implement efficient processes that free up time, delight our customers, and contribute to our company's growth. Achieving this is not difficult; it just requires a different approach. All work, whatever it is, can be transformed to reduce the effort, chaos, and unpredictable frenzy. Eliminating the negative factors that grow to overshadow your day and rob you of creative time will be a focus of this course.
This course of six session bite-sized sessions covers continuous improvement "tools" and their application to real workplace problems. Each session delivers reflection, theory and practical exercises to enhance the learning experience.
