Description
This series of workshop focuses on building six character strengths and applying them to your work, teamwork, and the broader organisation.
The six main character strengths and virtues applied in this workshop are:
1. Hope [future mindedness] to inform strategy
2. Creativity [Originality, Ingenuity] to develop effective and efficient plans
3. Curiosity [Openness to experience] used while implementing a plan
4. Open-mindedness [ Judgement and Critical Thinking] to analyse results and processes
5. Perspective [Wisdom] to deal with problems as they arise and make positive change
6. Love of Learning through the engagement with new information and relationships
The six sessions use research from themes such as psychological flow, psychological safety, high quality connections, job crafting, and career construction to unlock both personal and organisational performance.
