Dr Morgan Jones Morgan studied Lean management and specialises in business transformation for medium and large organisations wanting to improve customer experience and business performance. Morgan is a certified Shingo Institute facilitator, Master Trainer, and Shingo examiner, certified executive coach and an award-winning author.
