This 1-day Workshop outlines and demonstrates a simple but effective Frontline Problem Solving Root Cause Analysis 7-step process.

Workshop attendance includes:
- Comprehensive Workshop Manual, RCA Workbook, A3 RCA Summary Sheet
- Lunch, Morning & Afternoon Tea
You will be placed in groups of 4-5 and work through a User-friendly Workbook, Cause & Effect Diagram, Why-Why Diagram and A3 RCA Summary Sheet to solve a real workplace problem/incident (typically quality or equipment loss) that has been recently reported at an attendee’s site’s Daily Review Meeting(s). Guidelines on selecting a problem will be sent to all attendees before the workshop.

Ross has been actively involved with Lean since 1985 and the application of Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) since 1990. In 1998 he developed and launched an Australasian version of the Japanese TPM methodology and the Toyota Production System (Lean) with a strong focus on Human Capital Development through On-going Improvement (a key driver of the Toyota Production System). Ross has assisted Manufacturing, Mining, Process Industries, Utilities, and Service companies throughout Australia, New Zealand, Thailand, and Indonesia to strive for and achieve TPM & Operational Excellence.
