Introduction to Lean Workshop (Optional Activity. Additional Cost)
This half day workshop is the first step in understanding the principles of Lean Thinking. Learn how to implement Lean principles into your organization. The session is designed for those wanting to learn about the origins and foundations of Lean principles and experience the impact and potential that Lean principles may have in their business.

AME offers tours of industry leaders’ facilities so that you can see what really works. We make sure that you get to see “hands-on” tools and skills. Restrictions and requirements for the tour must be respected.

Deep Dive Session
Continuation of keynote/practitioner presentation + Q&A or session with subject matter experts + Q&A.
Idea Exchange / Roundtable
We’ve gathered experienced continuous improvement practitioners as facilitators. Each session has a different topic for discussion with the facilitator guiding the dialogue. Attendees can ask questions of the group and share their ideas and perspectives. Share and learn best practices, ask questions, dig deeper and network with fellow participants. Take away ideas that you can implement right away!
Workshops (1.5 and 3 hours)
Highly interactive session (i.e. simulations) which includes specific takeaways, provides information such as problem identification, lean tool selection, success verification and much more. Helps inspire attendees toward world-class competitiveness.
