TOPIC - BUSINESS MODEL CANVAS
Business Model Canvas is a strategic management and lean startup template for developing new or documenting existing business models. It is a visual chart with elements describing a firm's or product's value proposition, infrastructure, customers, and finances. It assists firms in aligning their activities by illustrating potential trade-offs.

Our Breakfast Networking Events are designed so practitioners can come together in an informal setting to explore Lean thinking and other enterprise improvement methods, exchange best practices and network in order to advance their careers and improve the competitiveness and overall value of their organisations.
FACILITATOR - AMANDA WOOD
Amanda's career is primarily in the manufacturing industry, as Managing Director of A Class Metal Finishers. Highlights include Councillor of the SA Branch of the Australian Industry Group, Committee Member of Safework SA & Safer Working Manufacturing Group and Mentor of the SA Youth Entrepreneur Scheme.

This is a networking event to get to know our AME community. This is NOT an event to 'sell' or 'pitch' to each other. We do not encourage:

- Selling your product or service
- Promoting your business

Maximum three people per company, additions will be added to a waitlist.
You can become an AME member for $265 per year.
This event may be cancelled by AME for any reason. AME is not responsible for incidental costs incurred by registrants.
AME may take photographs during events and may use those photographs for AME’s purposes.
