WHAT YOU WILL SEE & LEARN
Knauf Matraville is not yet a showcase site for Lean, some elements are working well and some are yet to take hold. The session will focus on the practical implementation of Lean methodology and tools at the site and hopefully provide an honest appraisal of what has worked well to date and equally where roadblocks have occurred and how they have been dealt with.
WHO SHOULD ATTEND
Anyone who is on the journey and admits that not everything goes to plan.
