EVENT OVERVIEW
When individuals have the opportunity to thrive rather than survive at work, they are more engaged, energised and agile in the way they approach their work. How can leaders guide teams to perform at their peak to benefit from higher levels of productivity despite rapidly changing business environments?
Marcia Ryan, Founder of Wellbeing Works, will facilitate this interactive and engaging workshop to share practical techniques backed by science, so you come away with a strategy to implement immediately at work and share with others that will tap into your strengths to energise you to face challenges, optimise your performance and cultivate positive connections to build a supportive network to enable success. The program introduces three strength-based strategies:
- boosting optimism to manage your negativity bias,
- tapping into your strengths to optimise engagement, and
- learning to connect quickly with others to build positive relationships.
PARTICIPANT BENEFITS
- Build optimism skills to manage negativity associated with uncertainty and change at work
- Identify your strengths that make you feel good and function well to boost engagement
