Tuff Tonneaus Wholesale is committed to the 'Lean Philosophy' having introduced the concept five years ago and since realised significant process improvements.

His career then moved into service and IT industries, with Lanier Australia (now Ricoh). Recently James has moved into the health industry where his role focuses on improving patient care through quality, improvement and innovation throughout Austin Health.

Martin's career began with British Petroleum in the U.K., it moved to Matra Marconi Space, ACCO Europe into a consulting role in Lean working in sectors of manufacturing, mining, aerospace, composite-engineering, operations, service, automotive & government through Pera Neville-Clarke & Computer Science Corporation (CSC) as well as a number of improvement projects with blue-chip organisations & SME's in the UK & Asia Pacific region. In Australia Martin worked with the mining and resource sector via Dyno-Nobel Asia Pacific and ultimately onto Dyno Nobel's flagship Pilbara Operations.
